1. When Art and Architecture Collide...

15 years, 72 vendors and 4568 people in the making, Sonoma Valley's World Renound Green Music Center is finally a reality. Thanks to the dedication and innovation of the team of Ruldolph & Sletten. Who jumped in to raise money when the University ran out. Does your contractor do that?

Psst... the chairs are perfectly tuned to where you sit in the hall (yeah, who does that?)

  5. When I was a young kid I always needed that approval
I had to prove how perfect I was
and that perfectionism was about filling that hole inside of myself

I always had this inner restlessness
and I went in and out of clinical depression

The only thing that worked for me was alcohol and I was drinking around the clock for a couple of years straight
I hit rock bottom and I just didn’t want to live anymore

So this woman that I chose to coach me through the addiction recovery program she told me to sit still every morning for twenty minutes.
And I was like really?...that’s all you got.

So I tried to sit still
I was still withdrawing from alcohol
I was crazy in my mind
I just physically couldn’t sit still

I figured out I could sit for three minutes
I tried to do three a few times a day
    And after 8 weeks
I felt deeply grounded and serene within my body, within my being
But it was the first time that I had not had any words in my head
I had no mind chatter for three full days

And that is eventually what evolved into three-by-three meditation.
Three minutes, three times a day

The key to it is just completely letting go

You just kind of go by that gut instinct rather than the words that are always spinning in your head.

The results that I’ve seen in my own life and with people the clients that I’ve worked with are easy and natural weight loss.

    I’ve seen change it relationships
I lowered my cholesterol by fifty points

Your body is just a symptom of how connected or disconnected you are from your inner power source.

It literally rewires the vibe you exude so others respond to you differently. It just changes your interaction with other people

when I go into my three-by-three I actually get the feeling of being in love.

It’s in my heart and I have that all myself it’s not even about another person and it’s just the most wonderful feeling

Because what you’re doing is you’re interrupting your subconscious tape, the worries going through your mind, the beliefs that you’ve always held on a consistent, constant basis. And that’s the key to changing anything. That’s the real key to transformation.

It’s so simple you miss it. It doesn’t look like it would do anything, but it does everything.

I’m Dina Proctor. I’m an author and I coach people on mind-body connection.
