Thomas Howe is an art and architectural historian, field archaeologist, architectural design teacher and cultural properties master planner and administrator. Since 2000 he has been the Coordinator General of the Restoring Ancient Stabiae Foundation and the chief author of the master plan to create a large archaeological park on the site, as well as chief archaeologist and master planner.
