1. As always, Lizzy is nice and stacked, she a great body position! As she is turning to her left (viewer's right), her left hip is not driving down hill like it needs to be. Make sure she keeps her hips square and facing downhill at all times. Great skiing!

  2. I filmed this run to see each athlete's thought process and to see if they were looking 3 moguls ahead. This is important because when the perfect mogul line ends, they need to throw in additional turns. Lizzy does a great job staying aggressive in these huge moguls! You can see that her feet get out in front of her and she gets quite backseat in the middle section. Continue thinking about pulling the feet back under you or like you are pedaling on a bike backwards.

  3. Great upper body! On the lower body, Lizzy's feet are swinging out a little wide. Think about keeping a stacked body position, or keeping your weight on the downhill ski. You can see that her weight is staying on the uphill ski which is allowing her feet to slide out from side to side rather than staying under her. On the jump, get a little more power in that pop and drive the hands! Great skiing!
