This laboratory exercise satisfies procedure #8 for AP Chemistry. This is also the process (sans enzyme added) used in AP Biology Lab #2 on enzyme catalysis. This video utilizes and oxidation reduction probe to collect data, but a low tech protocol is also explained. A sample of 0.3% hydrogen peroxide is titrated (in acidic media) with potassium permanganate and the data is analyzed.
