Breezy Point took a beating from Hurricane Sandy. Hundreds of homes were lost due to fire and flooding. Yet, 8 months later, there is still a sea of red tape preventing people from rebuilding. Bill A4835B which is the new title for the BSA waiver, was sent down to the assembly and was delivered back to the Governor's desk today. This bill will cut months off the permit process to rebuild and save shareholders thousands of dollars.
Call Governor Cuomo 518-474-8390 and demand that no more time is waisted and he signs this bill into law. 8 months is long enough.
