the very special salep ice cream being beaten at a better ice cream maker than the famous bekdash :)
after the mixture (milk, cream, sugar and salep) is cooked, it is cooled then poured into the frozen metal containers. as you can see, the ice cream maker splashes the mixture against the walls to freeze it.
