Your site should have a color scheme that is unique to you. You should have your own logo that brands YOU and not your brokerage.
You should also be extending your branded look to ALL of your social media account and all of your other marketing.
#2 Full MLS Search Capabilities with SEO Listing Pages Residing Under Your Own Domain or Subdomain - instead of your Listing pages giving your IDX company SEO that they don't need.
#3 Internal Blogs that Automatically Post to All Your Social Media
This will save you lots of time switching between platforms.
#4. Search Engine Optimized Community Pages for Each City in Your Market. -- Every neighborhood and suburb that you market to should have its own dedicated page that has been optimized only for THAT community's name.
#5 Make sure your website is Smartphone and Tablet Compatible with No Flash programming that can't be seen on Apple devices.
#6 Every Page on Your Site Should be Easy to Edit Yourself, without having to email your Webmaster and be put in a customer service queue until it's done.
#7 Interactive Mapping Throughout. This means a general map on your Home Page showing the all the communities in your area, and on each Listings page an interactive Map showing all the homes for sale in that specific area.
#8 Contact Info and Direct Response Hooks on Every Page. Make it easy and obvious on every page how to contact you.
