Trailer from the performance "Awkward Happiness / Everything I Don't Remember About Meeting You." Currently in development in residency with the Grotowski Institute, Wrocław, Poland. A reflection on the futility of happiness, inspired by Milan Kundera’s “The Unbearable Lightness of Being” and Pascal Bruckner’s "Perpetual Euphoria.” In our contemporary world, where we value everything in terms of pleasure and possession, happiness is becoming an obligation and responsibility. The moment of happiness appears and vanishes an instant after. Did we even recognize it?
