  5. In 1967, Dane W. Mutter joined the park district (MetroParks) after working as a director of the Aullwood Audubon Center's Children's farm and as a local agricultural extension agent. Dane grew with the park district through the late 1980's, ultimately becoming the assistant director. Learn more at metroparks.org/history.
