A lecture from the Game Design class offered at Florida State University taught by Gordon Erlebacher
In this lecture Gordon introduces Python scripting to manipulate the Blender Game Engine. He takes us through basic examples that show us how to get started. Along the way he shows not only how to use the API but also how to find out what's in it. By the end of the lecture you should be able to manipulate actuators using a Python controller.
In this Blender 2.5 tutorial we're show how to create a very basic game in the Blender Game Engine with only very basic knowledge. This tutorial covers adding dynamics to objects, setting up hotkeys to move the character and using Properties for more interaction.
