It's official: diets don't work. Sure, you might lose a few pounds, but real weight loss comes from a lifestyle change. This is not only true in the physical sense, but in the spiritual sense as well. When we choose to go on a "spiritual diet", we're only there temporarily. What we really need is a lifestyle change. In this way, Jesus takes over our lives, and we die to who we were and become anew. We shed our "sin weight" and become the "body of Christ". This week, we begin our new series, "God and Your Bod", where we explore this ideal.
