Whether you want to work for us or with us, here's a few of the many reasons why Switch is such a unique employment or agency proposition. As an agency, we dedicate 364 days a year to making sure consumers and audiences are engaging our clients' brands... but for one glorious fall day, we close our doors, turn off our phones and put all our focus inward. In a nod to our youth, we divide into uniquely themed teams and spend an entire day competing in physical, mental and sometimes surreal challenges. This is us liberating our brand. This is... Field Day!
Though the weather tried to dampen our spirits this year, as you can see from the video, we persevered.
WE LIVE AT THE CROSSROADS OF IDEAS AND ACTION: A place where fresh thinking rules, details matter and experience will only get you so far. A place where stories are formed, relationships are built, memories are forged and brands become a little stronger than they were before. It’s a simple place filled with wonder. It’s a complex place filled with possibility.
Switch is an independently-held, experiential marketing agency working with companies and brands who share our belief in the power of engagement to drive behavior-changing results. We specialize in the creation and execution of consumer and corporate events, brand and sponsorship activations, field marketing, digital media, exhibits and environments. liberateyourbrand.com
#STLforSANDY was a way to bring the St. Louis community together through the combined efforts of Switch, local media partners, St. Louis City leaders, and civic and corporate partners in support of Hurricane Sandy victims. Two 53-foot trucks containing donations collected in St. Louis were driven to Newark New Jersey on behalf of Mayor Slay to Mayor Cory Booker on Saturday, November 10, 2012 to help those affected on the East Coast. The effort was documented via social media and #STLforSandy with streaming updates.
The idea came up in a meeting here at Switch, knowing how many times we’ve done quick-turn, multi-faceted initiatives for our clients; it only made sense for us to mobilize our capabilities and resources for this truly worthy cause. We all had friends, clients and relatives benefitting from these efforts … it really was as simple as one community helping another in need. liberateyourbrand.com
