This clip shows a group shot we did in 2012 at a pulse laser workshop by the holographic center of the arts in New York, the shooting was done at the Ohio State University in Colombus by Sam Moree and Harris Kagan.
In the hologram you see Ulrika Gomm (Sweden), Jaqeline Hoang Nguyen (Canada), Laidy Marcela Giraldo (Colombia), Dora Tass (Italy) and Guillermo Federico Heinze (Germany).
The Hologram and the Girl,
Interactive holographic object/installation, holographic stereograms, one square meter plush, golden gloves, 2006.
This work is about interacting with holograms and holographic spaces.
The dodecahedron consists of 12 holographic stereograms of a girl (Amy Rush), who contemplates fascinated the platonic solids and other structures. She wears the same golden gloves that are worn by visitors to interact with the installation. This generates a feedback between the girl inside the hologram and the observer.
