  2. Check out my last timelapse-projekt: 24H HYPERLAPSE STUTTGART (vimeo.com/98981365)

24 hours in nine minutes – 48 locations in one city. Hamburg. This time-lapse film shows one day in Hamburg and takes you to beautiful, interesting and distinctive places. We took over 12.000 single photos from October 2012 till January 2013. We used a DSLR Nikon D5100 with a Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105 objectiv. The single shots were taken in an interval of seven seconds. This made it possible to use exposure times up to 4 seconds. As a result of this we are able to show a sky full of stars above Hamburg. The timelapse effect was created by stringing together the single photos to video sequences. Human eyes recognize fluent movements by seeing 20 frames per second.

You can find a map with all 48 locations here: http://goo.gl/maps/DzcW9

A film by Yves Pascal Eckhardt & Janina Winkler
    Postproduction by Yves Pascal Eckhardt
Music by Christian Rühle & Jannik Schneider

The film was produced at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Design, Media & Information, Department of Media Technology, study course Media Technology.

We strongly recommend to watch the film in HD!

24 Stunden in neun Minuten – 48 Orte in einer Stadt. Hamburg.

  3. Phipps lives in a fisherman’s shack in Tasmania that his family’s owned all his life.
His front garden is a giant lake, brimming with 9lb trout; his neighbours are wedge-tailed eagles and possums and tiger snakes.
This is a day in Phipps’ beautiful, quiet world.

Music: Pig Food - The Middle East
    Camera: Red Epic + 5DMK3
Created by three mates Robert F Coleman, Chas Mackinnon and Drew Dunlop.
