Finally got around to putting together my first ever tutorial for Cinema 4D!
In this tutorial you will learn how to create a simulation of drifting paper, all within Cinema 4D and with very little overhead on your computer or scene! Here are a few of the things you can expect to learn:
Something I forgot to mention in the video...once you get your simulation dialed in, you can cache the final paper simulation to allow you to scrub through your timeline and free up your processor to handle the rest of your scene.
I hope you guys like the technique and take away some tips from this session!
Don't forget to check out http://www.footprint-productions.com for more in the future!
Ever wish there was a "Transparency Effector"? In this Cinema 4D quick tip, I will be going over how you can use Mograph Effectors to change the transparency of objects. I'll demonstrate how you can use effectors to fade on or off MoText objects letter by letter. You can also use this technique to affect transparency of any object that you can apply an effector to, like objects inside a Cloner Object or Fracture Object.
