The suckfest that is me doing barbell thrusters for the first time (aside from one practice rep 2 days ago). But I hit my goal of 15 since I don't have CTB pull-ups (or pull-ups for that matter).
10 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
5 shoulder to overhead push presses (@ 115#)
10 deadlifts (@ 115#)
15 box jumps (24" box, step ups are allowed)
My score 133 reps, which is 4 full rounds + 13 reps into round 5. (The video was cut off at 5 minutes.)
