1. Dan McLaughlin, M.H.A. from the University of St. Thomas spoke to the Citizens League Health and Medical Advancement Workgroup on Thursday, January 13, 2011 about health care reform and the three underlying theories. Dan is the Director of the Center for Health and Medical Affairs at the University of St. Thomas.
