Dallas' Dealey Plaza is often associated with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. But the site, which covers the two most historic blocks of the City, was a park long before that fateful day in 1963. Dallas City Archivist John Slate and Park and Recreation Department Director Willis Winters have teamed up to author a book on the history of this Dallas Park and landmark.
