It can be tempting to want to glue ourselves to the TV or computer screen when tragic events are unfolding on the news. It feels like we should be in formed citizens, like it is our duty to be in the know. But I want you to honestly ask yourself, how much good is that doing? How are you contributing to the solution by feeding the fear? How are you helping yourself or those in need by recycling the stress?
