As part of our new campaign, Advancing Equity: Making Diversity Matter in the Social Sector, we conducted conversations with graduates and leaders of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Evaluation Fellowship Program. Along with RWJF and Duquesne University, OMG designed and facilitated this five-year program to increase diversity in the evaluation profession.

The Fellowship graduates share perspectives on their experiences in the program, on practicing culturally responsive evaluation, and on building a diverse field of professional evaluators. The leaders discuss the development of the program, sustaining pipelines for diverse students, and promoting the evaluation profession as a viable career pathway.
