Personal project for experimenting with UDK custom-lighting materials, animation tree systems, and cloth simulation. The character is actually built from 4 upgradable components, allowing for in-game evolution of the dinosaur mount. The psuedo-cell materials were designed to emulate a rough-painted / heavy-inked look.
This video is of a game demo made for E3 2011, in Vicious Engine 2. I am responsible for nearly every art asset; including Characters, Animation, Vehicles, Environment, Props, Materials, VFX, HUD / UI, and the Motion Comic (with some illustration by Matt Kobylarek).
