In preparation for the 2013 Portland Marathon (which would be my first), I trained following the CrossFit Endurance program. This included learning "pose" or "form" running, and these drills, under the coach of Tony Edgerton of Stumptown CrossFit, Portland, were a fundamental part of that training.
