Meet Dennis + Crystal. They were winners of Magical Touch Media's "Love is Magical" Love Story Contest. This story takes you from the time they first met, the surprise marriage proposal, their relationship while Dennis was deployed over seas, to their life after the wedding. Their story is truly amazing. I hope you enjoy this true story about a love that was Worth the Wait.
When Brian first contacted us about filming his surprise proposal to Katie, we couldn’t have been more excited about the idea. Brian bought the ring three months ago and wanted to make his proposal special. For the past six years, Katie had been asking to stay at the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a 100-year-old warehouse turned into a antique collector’s dream. Their loft-style guest rooms created the perfect backdrop for Brian’s proposal.
With the help of family, Brian was able to fill one of the rooms with a custom-made sign, vintage lights, candles, flowers, and pictures of their years together hanging from the ceiling with clothespins on a string. Katie spent the day with her Mom and was to come back and meet Brian at the end of the day and celebrate her birthday with family. Katie and her Mom came back from the salon, but Katie says she knew something might be up when Katie’s Mom said she had other plans and recommended to see Brian in a random room.
After the proposal, Katie joked that she’s glad the proposal was on film because everything Brian said was a blur. Katie, we’re glad we were there too! May you both have a wonderful engagement. Please let us know when you pick your wedding date. We’d love to film it!
A surprise wedding proposal on a beautiful pier in Indiana looks very similar to something you would see on the bachelor!

On October 11, 2013 we were bicycling around Napa Valley and Michael proposed at our favorite Napa Valley vineyard, Peju. In between glasses of wine, grinning ear to ear, kissing my love, and gawking at the brilliant sparkle I was texting family and friends the exciting news. Peju was our first stop on the bicycles and we managed to stop at another four vineyards before heading back to The Old World Inn. As luck would have it, we made it back to the Inn just in time to head to the wine cellar for some light snacks and more wine. Little did I know Michael arranged for my incredible family and the most wonderful friends anyone could ever want to be in disguise!! Michael was planning this epic engagement for months and just thinking about the day brings a smile to my face. I am one very lucky lady!
Andrea had a very special dance with some very close family and friends at her wedding. Her father passed away so her brother recored "butterfly kisses" and she danced with with all of them during her Father and Daughter dance. it was a truly touching moment not a dry eye in the house.
Her dad, Mark, died earlier in the year from pancreatic cancer. Andrea's first dance is with Mark's father, followed by her brother Luke, then brother Nick and finally her new father-in-law Scott.
