1. After being rescued from the knackery and nick named Boots because of his pathological hooves. This neglected & abused pony was rehabilitated by Horsingabout at Maryborough Vic.
Only one of so many horses wasted annually by so called loving owners now being pampered at his forever home instead of parasitised like so many horses are purely to pander for peoples ego.
Boots was 1 of three mini's rescued that day, sent to the knackery to be slaughtered so no one could see the state of their feet.

  2. I have a passion for horses and I try to provide rescued horses with a forever home on my farm in Marybourough Victoria.
I believe that we should progress from braking horses to establishing a kinship with them. I enjoy the experience of handling and caring for horses - healing horses and healing people with horses.
This video was assisted by Ballarat ABC Open producer Marc Eiden.
Special thanks to my wife Karen, and our herd of horses.

  3. Misty was a real bitch with her bossy attitude and was a bugger to trim. She still can be at times but the rewards certainly seem to do wonders for her.
