this is jonah tolchin's acoustic version of our song, "low life". jonah's album, clover lane is going to be released in may 2014. this video was filmed in one day while visiting downtown seattle, after we purchased a bunch of flowers and decided to randomly give them out to strangers, with free hugs, for anyone who wanted one. i think we wanted to show how much a flower and a simple touch can brighten someone's day. the video features sui sea solitaire (http://suisea.com), giving out flowers and free hugs. special thanks to charles byron long III for production assistance. please also visit http://jonahtolchin.com for more music.
what would you say if you could tell the world anything? ...a lesson that you've learned in your life, a statement that you'd want to make, a story that you'd want to tell. in our universe, information can never be destroyed, and any words that you speak will reverberate into the fabric of information that is the universe throughout all time.
we asked people to tell us the one thing that they could say to the world, if they could tell the world anything, and these are the reactions that we got. part music video and part social experiment. set to our own, original song, "mouse", written by keight fabian with keyboard parts by alexi cherenkov and guitar by sea trout; see trout.
please like and leave comments with what you would tell the world.
UPDATE: we've made this song free for downloads at tobiastheowl.bandcamp.com.
