Anjali (Anne-Marie Gaston) performs annually at Arts Court, Ottawa. In April 2012 the theme was "Vasant, the spring festival". This video is a collage of footage from the performances and includes segments of "Sadana" and "Ishtar and Gilgamesh" (with Devin Johnstone).
Adishesha has many roles in Hindu mythology and stands as a symbol for universal wisdom. Anjali (Anne-Marie Gaston and Basia Going created this piece around some ideas relating to Adishesha.
