I was in my second year at film school and i had already worked as an assistant for Peter Goddard
in Soho London on a TV programme with Jools Holland called 'Groovy Fellows'.
One day I got a call with instructions to go to a studio in Battersea & make myself useful.
I will never forget walking through a door into this dream like studio set and hearing the playback for this song. This is where it all started for me, I had realized about 5 years earlier that I would never be a good enough guitar player to be the next Jake Burns or Joe Strummer but when I picked up my first video camera it felt natural, especially where music was concerned.
The video was edited on a 35mm Steenbeck near Carnaby Street, Soho London.
We started editing around 4pm on Saturday evening and finished about 6am. I got paid one pizza for this video!!!
