These shots were filmed in close formation with the Vectorvision camera system installed in the highly modified Wolfe Air LearJet 25. Cameras used are the Red Epic and Arriflex Alexa.

Slow flying while filming.
The camera is hard mounted, panning and tilting are done with ailerons, rudder, and a bit of cross controlling.
Shot with the wing mount on the Marchetti SF260. Ikonix camera and P2 record deck.
There is a wide lens on the camera, so objects, or planes are closer than they appear.
It was a challenge maintaining position as the Albatross reconfigured itself with flaps and speed changes on the approach to the water. The Marchetti is not know for it's slow flight capabilities.
