In "The Arena Love" set at an undetermined time in the future we speak of a love of diversity, a mixture of desire, erotic fantasy and the unconscious. This is the essence of man so cleverly hidden behind the armour of his appearance of useless, fake, rich, baroque frills, which are represented here with a collage of music which sees the musical notes of Antonio Vivaldi side by side with the Hip hop sounds of Wade Robson and the electronic sounds of Amon Tobin. This piece was commissioned by the Dutch company Dansgroep Krisztina de Chatel to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of its foundation and had its world premiere in Holland on 30th October 2008 at the "Holland Dance Festival" in The Hague.
