A historical site, the Toronto Dominion Centre consists of buildings designed by Mies van der Rohe (that changed Toronto's landscape) and is undergoing a $500 Million revitalization. To spread this message to potential tenants, a leasing presentation was developed in-house at BMIR.
A major portion of this presentation was the development of a 2 minute video that discussed the historical significance of the structures, the current role they play and the future.
This commercial is for the new mazda 3 2011 in Thailand. This project was really interesting because of the amount of CG. The director was not used to work full CG like that and left me a lot of control over camera angles, timings, transitions and designs. As long as it looked cool, director and client would trust me =) And when they saw the previz, the project that was supposed to be a 30s commercial got bumped into a 45s...
