The interstitial TV series of 10 x 2 minutes (1 x 18 minute short) tells the tale of Peleda, a wondrous land that was taken over by the evil Giltine, Queen of the Owls.
Peleda is an immersive & epic quest to reclaim a fantastical world from the destructive clutches of Giltine, queen of the Owls. Two unlikely sibling heroes, Valdis and Mina, embark on the most dramatic of quests to battle minions in the skies and on the land, to turn the tide of destruction and restore balance to their once glorious homeland. However, the greatest battle of all lies within, for Giltine’s evil influence has the power to divide even the closest relationships, including the sacred bond of brother and sister. Who will rise, who will fall?

The brothers Lithuanian heritage and the creative influence of their grandfather was the underlying inspiration for PELEDA, which simply means OWL in the Lithuanian language.
