  1. Originally started as a University of Memphis African & African American Studies (AAAS) collaborative group research assignment under the direction of Professor Cynthia Sadler. .
    After initially forming as a 7 member group in JAN 2013, the Neo Jim Crow Movement has since evolved into a personal off campus endeavor spearheaded by Jamall Al-Neo Musa's music video which comically spoofs the mass incarceration dilemma in Shelby County, Tennessee - as witnessed from a bird's eye view.
