Infinite Tai Chi Golden Sun Chi Kung Technique with Yogi Cho.
Practice the Golden Sun Chi Kung Sequence until holding the sun becomes real to you. The light can then support your physical being and your whole life. During the practice cultivate mindfulness, by gently focussing the mind throughout on visualising warm, bright golden sun full of healing, revitalising energy. Stay grounded and root into the earth whilst practising the Golden Sun to assist in assimilating the heavenly energies that will pour down on you. Hold the chi and hold the bright golden sunshine, allowing the bright rays to purify and penetrate your whole being. Golden Sun is a soft Chi Kung exercise meaning that the movements should be soft and flowing with little muscle tension. The Golden Sun series is designed to be both healing and empowering, energetically and physically. Regular practise can clear negativity from our energy field, increase our vitality, raise our energetic vibrations, calm our mind and strengthen our physical body.
