Traces of light are broadcast onto landscapes by a moving laser aboard a train. In Light Echoes, we collapse time and space into images which document the historical pulses of data in the form of light reflecting off earth and matter.
This is the first expression of an ongoing series.
This outing is by the PVS Photography Department in collaboration with the Freshman Orientation Camp.
It aims to be the finale for the 29th Photography Committee before the formal handing over duties to the 30th Committee.

My Final Project at Shenkar School of Engineering and Design.
I chose to illustrate the Instagram aesthetics as a disruption to the manner we view images.
The video presents a range of appealing, unpleasant and common pictures in the same approach in order to demonstrate the ease of which users choose to filter the image with Instagram without having a conceptual idea behind it.
In fact, the subject of the image is no longer it’s content, but it’s aesthetics.
