Francis & Cassius came to us looking for a non-traditional style of wedding film because, well, they were a not-so-traditional couple. It's hard to put the whole experience into words, but one that does come to mind is "fulfillment." This was our first gay wedding video and as filmmakers, we can sometimes become a bit removed from the wonder of what's right in front of us, instead focusing so hard on capturing little moments and working together a story arc in our minds. The amazement and joy we felt that day really didn't hit us until after the wedding had ended. It was powerful. It was truly an honor to witness Francis & Cassius unite their lives in such a historically significant location as Provincetown, specifically the Pilgrim Monument. To this day it remains the tallest all-granite structure in the United States, and is a perfect symbol of the strength and magnitude of love that these two men have for each other. Congratulations Francis and Cassius.

Wow, our first trip to Martha's Vineyard (ever, not even just for a wedding event) and we were totally in awe the whole time. Now we get what everyone's been talking about all these years! It's the perfect spot for the story of Eric + Rachel's wedding as it's where so much of her childhood was spent, the Gayhead Lighthouse in the beginning was where he proposed, and the Field Gallery where she used to visit and take photos. Eric + Rachel really wanted to make their home-away-from home as welcoming to all their guests as humanly possible. They did a hell of a job doing that for us, that's for sure.
