One of our most recent shoots, titled Breakfast Interrupted, is now live for your viewing pleasure. Shot primarily with the Phantom HD Gold at 1000fps, the piece is designed to showcase food in a beautiful and unusual way.
The idea was brought to us by our friends at marlinnetwork.com, for their annual breakfast event.
I'll start off by showing you my thought process and my first two failed attempts and see how I finally came to discover how to recreate this look. Cinema 4D has an amazing amount of useful tools and I had to think outside of the box (or cube) to figure this one out! The technique I demonstrate can be applied to many styles of mograph and hopefully helps you think out of the box next time you become stuck trying to figure out a technique!
With continued success since 2012, we were really excited to continue our creative partnership with Baogu Movies Channel and help with their 2014 rebrand. The channel evolved and included more colourful genres to their lineup for Hong Kong and South East Asia.
Taking cue from this, we incorporated Baogu's iconic brand motifs into their image spots and movie fillers to seamlessly blend live-action clips with their brand.
