    Lyrics :

Wayward pilgrim walking all alone by the railroad track
Watching all his hopes and dreams going nowhere fast
Thinking to himself "What the hell is wrong down here"
There should be much more to life than this trail of tears

    I just want a home
And a love I can call my own
Through hills and valleys I roam
Looking for a place to rest my bones

No one really cares about you when you're down and out
Nobody really gives a damn what you're all about
There's no angel or higher spirit here to light your way
You go through life feeling like a stranger every night and day

    I just want a home
And a love I can call my own
Through hills and valleys I roam
Looking for a place to rest my bones

    I just want a home
And a love I can call my own
    From here to Tennessee
I've been walking on my hands and knees

  5. Whole World - First single from They Call Me Rico self-titled debut (released October 2011). Shot at Wilensky's, Mtl. theycallmerico.com

    Label/Producer : Voxtone Records
    Director/Editor : Gabriel Roy-Manitta
    D.O.P.: Francis Erazola

They Call Me Rico is a brand new solo spin from Madcaps' lead vocalist, Frédéric Pellerin, aka : Rico. Finely tuned after a decade'sworth of shows across both Canada and France with his band, he's now found his way back into the arms of his first mad love: folk blues, with this parallel project. Armed only with a guitar, amp, a drum kit and the occasional accompaniment of a cameo-making musician, They Call Me Rico is a stripped down, soul exposure of a show that serves up an all-natural, preservative free, music.
