Tania (aka "Turbo") has racked up some pretty significant accomplishments since starting her training at River City CrossFit in Winnipeg in March 2008. She is the first female member (and only the 4th of all members) to get a muscle-up. This video highlights a few of her accomplishments of late.
Baseline is the primary method by which we evaluate fitness gains in the first several months at River City CrossFit. This video is a testimony not only to the progress made in only a few months of fitness training, but also to the diversity of motivated and hard-working people at our gym. Really, all you need to succeed here is motivation and the will to learn.
