A collection of time lapses taken around Denver over the past year. I shot 'A Day in Denver' to capture a full day in Denver through the art of time lapse photography. The video begins and ends with a sunrise with day and night in-between.
Turn up your speakers and make sure to watch in HD!
All shots were taken on a Canon T3i with the following lenses: Sigma 10-20mm, Sigma 18-250mm, Canon EF-S 18-55mm, Canon USM 75-300mm. There were 9,186 photos taken and 255GB of data processed for this project.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed 'A Day in Denver'!
Shot around the South Island of New Zealand over three weeks, The Waters of Greenstone explores the ever changing landscapes of the Catlins Forest Park, Fiordland NP, Queenstown, Mount Aspiring NP, Mount Cook NP, Arthurs Pass NP and Castle Hill.
Timelapse sequences were shot on the Canon 5D Mark III with 17-40mm f/4L and 24-105mm f/4L, and include use of the Emotimo TB3 Black motion control head. The video segments are a combination of 5D Mark III RAW video (using Magic Lantern firmware) and aerial photography from the DJI Phantom quadcopter with Zenmuse H3-2D gimbal and GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition shooting 2.7K Protunes at 25fps. I used a 40" Digital Juice Slyder for the dolly shots.
Processing and editing was completed in Lightroom 5, LRTimelapse, After Effects and Premiere Pro CS6.
