A series of transitions for the 2011 Architectural Visual Studies CAD Show reel at Columbia University. All animation was done in Maya, and all rendering was out of Mental Ray.
The CAD Show is a collection of all the work for the architecture visual studies courses at GSAPP from the fall semester. As the Teaching Assistant for a Maya class, I wanted to practice my craft by doing some short animations which exploited different features within Maya. This compilation is the result of my efforts.

TRANS is a work of visual archaeology and manifesto about the age we are living in. It is an essay that investigates the matter of identity in the era of the doubt. It's a celebration of being who you are while new identities are still manifesting and being categorized.
Video shot and edited for a University module. All of the ink was filmed in my kitchen using a Nikon D5100, 3/4 desk lamps, a fair amount of white paper, a fish tank, and a lot of ink and water. Edited in Premiere Pro.
