"Solid_Liquid_Cloud" is the audiovisual creation of the installation called H2o ( created by the Collectif Coin ). Projected on a giant cloud made of 400 helium balloons, the video is a journey through the different states of water in an abstract generative landscape.

Cyclique is a light and sound installation composed of a matrix of 256 balloons inflated with helium and equipped with LED lights. The floating 700 square-meter structure changes its shape as the wind flows through the balloons, immersing viewers in an artificial synaesthetic landscape where the soundtrack becomes the orchestra conductor.

The Clair Obscur is looking for new methods of communication between the computer and the dancer. By the interaction / synchronization of him with multimedia tools, the Clair Obscur questions the place of being human in its environment, especially a digital environment that surpasses it.
Here we have the staging of a nervous system increased, the show beat like a muscle, a synaesthetic machine, organic and digital ... The aesthetic framework of performance : impulses, nerve, and still need to push the limits of cognitive fields. We implicitly questioning the perception of our own bodies, our ambiguous relationship with contemporary digital environment: Are we Exponential body? or slaves?
PS: For the best experience, use headphones or a proper sound system.
Layers is an audio/visual performance about perception and memory, with the goal of creating a choreography for a digital crowd. Using audio-video fragments of anonymous pedestrians, Bruno Ribeiro confronts the public with his personal experience of the urban crowd.
Here, space and time are dissolved through tables and reassembled throughout a partition where the audio and visual material becomes an instrument, propelling the viewer into an evanescent universe.

"The New America" is a short animation in which every frame was created by laser engraving its unique artwork onto a solid block of maple. Once complete, the entire sequence of +800 frames was then photographed and assembled into this motion piece.
This piece was funded by really kind friends and supporters via Kickstarter. After many unforeseen issues and delays, the entire process took about two years.
As seen in the video, each frame is unique. Aside from the design of each frame itself being distinct, small variances that naturally occur in the laser engraving process as well as the different wood grain of each frame naturally created subtle shifts of the position of the artwork. An effect that I was particularly interested in and that could naturally be achieved in digital assembly, but that I was much more excited about re-creating with real objects.
The abstract storyline showcased in this piece is a concoction of a variety of ideas and can perhaps be described as a union between concepts and experiments born during the Situationist movement and real life events experienced during the last few years in American society. Particularly the duality between the economic downturn and the shift in values and beliefs of many citizens.
If you decide to purchase one of these frames, please note that I will randomly select one of them. Please, do not request a particular frame.
