This is an introduction to my Instructional Resource Guide.
An Instructional Resource Guide is a catalog of curriculum components, a sampling of strategic suggestions, a manual of modifications and multimedia matter for students with mild to moderate learning and behavior challenges.
Basically it's a gathering of important information to help teachers, such as myself educate unique students in unique ways.
Those headings over to my right are the academic areas my instructional resource guide covers.
Click on each one to find a link. That link will take you directly to a page I've designed as my Resource Guide.
Each guide includes the North Carolina Standard Course of Study Goals and Objectives, Characteristics that impede learning for students with mild to moderate disabilities and strategic suggestions to help those students reach and surpass those goals.
This information is intended to help students who are on a second grade level. But you never know when you might find an idea that can be manipulated to help your students, no matter their grade or ability level.
