The Grand Canyon Stikine holds wonders of whitewater that most kayakers only dream of paddling. Late this August, a crew made up of five paddlers from Idaho, West Virginia and Washington traveled to the depths of Northwest British Columbia to challenge their skills, here is their journey.
After paddling the Ikopa we decided to head East for some more exploratory paddling. We headed towards a 150 km section of the Ivondro. Being a first decent as well as longer, steeper and more remote than what we had already done we were very excited!
