  2. This tutorial covers installing Papagayo and how to use it to mark up music with mouth movements. Sean describes the process as
    1) Load a WAV file into Papagayo
    2) Paste lyrics into Papagaypo and press Breakdown.
    3) Move the GREEN phrases, ORANGE words and PURPLE phonemes(syllables) around
    4) Save the work as a *.pgo file
