This was the first in a series of so called backwards music videos. first came the concept, then we shot it, and now our band, Hello Echo, has begun projecting it in our rehearsal studio creating a score based on our reactions to the imagery. This is one of the first cuts without the Hello Echo score. Much thanks to Panavision for honoring me with the young filmmakers grant in order to make this piece possible.

A short promo for my upcoming live-action USC thesis film, "Josephine and the Roach." It's about a cockroach that falls in love with a woman and inhabits the brain of her husband in order to be with her. In the end, it works-- they get together and play a duet. It will be full of romance, music, and utter weirdness. It will be fantastic.
The cockroach will be done with live action puppetry. I'm set to shoot in December and January. All told, the film will be about ten minutes long.
