    Hope to see you at the next workshop or retreat in Hawaii!

    Beauty that Transforms is a journey and a program weaving dance and yoga with flow arts, science with soul, and powerful models of transformation and healing.

    Some say dance is the universal language of the soul…

    For me, it was this dance, a dance of yin and yang, telling me a story about the ways of the world… a dance with two separate elements spiraling as one, that began guiding me on a path of healing… and discovery.

    Beauty that Transforms is a journey of calling forth a new possibility.

    It is a journey of living the question, “What will it take to awaken your inner fire?"

    What is it that makes you come alive?

    We are all guided by some greater force. A force that lives as an inner flame in each and every one of us, seeking nothing more than to shine it’s light, and share it’s own unique dance. We are all here to be danced by that inner flame.

    This is an invitation to embark on that journey.

    A spontaneous soul flow poi dance in the Redwoods on a spontaneous getaway to Big Sur.

    The Redwoods

    Here, sown by the Creator's hand.
    In serried ranks, the Redwoods stand:
    No other clime is honored so,
    No other lands their glory know.

    The greatest of Earth's living forms,
    Tall conquerors that laugh at storms;
    Their challenge still unanswered rings,
    Through fifty centuries of kings.

    The nations that with them were young,
    Rich empires, with their forts far-flung,
    Lie buried now-their splendor gone:
    But these proud monarchs still live on.

    So shall they live, when ends our days,
    When our crude citadels decay;
    For brief the years allotted man,
    But infinite perennials' span.

    This is their temple, vaulted high,
    And here, we pause with reverent eye,
    With silent tongue and awestruck soul;
    For here we sense life's proper goal:

    To be like these, straight, true and fine,
    to make our world like theirs, a shrine;
    Sink down, Oh, traveler, on your knees,
    God stands before you in these trees.
