    The CTI-X7 Sump, Tank, and Hopper designs are detailed to deliver a cost effective 20 year life performance. We recommend ceramic liners; but stonhard is a secondary consideration in low abrasion applications. In some cases, a combination of the two is cost effective. We can also supply cone and plate systems for maintenance rebuilds that are operational and time critical.
    Being able to have our design staff work hand in hand with our production teams to fabricate to 1/16" standard, allows them to complete liners and final coatings to exacting standards. We then disassemble and ship as legal loads without additional wide load limits or escorts-saving customers additional cost. Onsite, we provide installation drawings with piece marks. The smaller components can be moved in tight places with smaller boom trucks and/or fork lifts; therefore, saving contracting cost. Quotes are supplied with detail planes covering all aspects of installation. We look forward to being of service.

    The CTI Redesigned 40" Diameter Cyclone improves wear relating to impact abrasion on the center line of the inlet head. The cyclone is fabricated from 1/4" carbon steel housing and lined with 2" and 1.5" engineered alumina oxide ceramic on the inlet head, throughout the body, lower cones and apex.

    We have detailed and monitored manufacturing to certify housing within 1/16" accuracy as to the design drawing. The seven piece unit breaks apart at all traditional flange points. This design supports 24x7 rapid repair replacement parts and maintenance schedules. In most cases, CTI can support three week, not to exceed six week, delivery. Reaction Bonded Silicon is available for liner of lower cone and apex as optional upgrades.

    The CTI X7 high impact large diameter piping comes in SS and Carbon Pipe. The ceramic lined pipe is a performance driven alternative to rubber and urethane . We can predictably design for high impact situation; by utilizing the CTI x7 Impact Collar we can dissipate and transfer impact loads to a more laminar flow.
    Additionally, we add strategic inspection ports for maintenance inspection; therefore, supporting predictive maintenance. Another important factor is: CTI-X7 is noncombustible so in a event repairs are much less forgiving.

    One main advantage of the CTI-X7 Ceramic Lined Pipe is the increased wear factor. We can detail to enforce impact zones to dissipate impact from misplaced materials such as 3-4 Lb. iron grinding balls. This requires experience in knowing ceramics to detail absorb point impact from the ball mill media. The events of this type of tramp metal oversize destroys liners. When rubber liners are impacted out, due to the fire hazard is high risk. Also, repair is slow in cases of blow outs. Ceramic Impact Collars can be predictable and benefit by improved performance allowing an extended life. By detailing varying degree of ceramics, we can dissipate and minimize blow out. We work close with customer maintenance people to build a performance model baseline. Should a blowout occur, ceramic is not combustible. Additionally, repair time is minimal. We also install CTI-X7 camera ports to certify performance..
