1. Trying to make a gritty B&W film. Nothing special besides the awful overcast weather that day. Trying to make the best of it.

  2. Testing the new lumix 20mm lens. I was planing on using live audio but the built in microphone was picking up the lens noise, I guess it's only good for taking photos. I wish there's a solution for this.

I was quite impressed with the quality of the lens in low light atmosphere, better then 14-140mm lens.

Edited in FCP with MB looks

  3. Took my son out before his school bus arrive.

Shot with my GH1 and Lumix G 20mm F1.7 lens.

Edited in FCS and Magic Bullet Looks.

I love the Lumix G 20mm F1.7 lens BTW. Kinda noisy though.

  4. Ok, version 3. This time I took the plunge and purchased the Magic Bullet Looks for Final Cut Studio!

It is so easy and fun! Of course with a little help watching the tutorial videos on youtube.

You can go back and view the first two videos so you can see the progress.

  5. Ok, this is my second attempt on this video. The only different from the first upload is I'm using Final Cut Studio instead of iMovie. It's a huge different in video quality and much better control. I really love FCP.

I used Cinema Tool to converted the video to 24fps. Much smoother than iMovie! Also the color conversion is much cleaner.

Maybe next step is to get Magic Bullet looks 1.2.

Next week I should be getting my Pancake 20mm f/1.7 lens. Can't wait to try it out!
