California is a special place as it has a dramatic difference in landscape in different areas of the state. From gorgeous coastline to spectacular mountains in Yosemite and everything inbetween. This made the concept of shooting the entire state rather difficult but a very enjoyable challenge! The goal with this piece was to show the vast differences and the first clips really shows that. A snow covered mountain in northern Califorina (Mt Shasta) brings you out of the typical California video and into this video with eyes wide open!

The timing for this video was exceptional as we were able to capture the sunset at Pfeiffer beach coming through the portal as it only does for one month per year! The weather as well was spectacular resulting in some gorgeous sunsets and clear skies for the star trail shots near the end of the video!

  2. blog.roadtrippers.com/breaking-bad-road-trip/

Joel, our Breaking Bad super-fan just made this time-lapse of his road trip around classic filming locations from the show.

He was actually in Albuquerque, NM on assignment to shoot the hot air balloon festival, but being such a huge Breaking Bad fan he got distracted and ended up shooting this. It's hard to be mad at a guy who loves Breaking Bad this much though!

Turn the Volume up, HD on and enjoy this Breaking Bad roadtrip!

Breaking Bad was an absolutely amazing TV show, and surprisingly you can visit the majority of the locations that were used in the show! From places as big as Walter White's house to the Crossroads hotel and many more. Make sure you stop in at Los Pollos Hernandez (Twisters) for a meal or grab some candy meth (used in the show) from the Candy Lady.

When I found out that the locations used in Breaking Bad actually existed, I knew right away that I would have to shoot them. But in order to do something more than just shooting timelapse of the locations I needed to get creative and this is where it all started. From my Volkswagen Westfalia being used as an RV similar to the one in Breaking Bad to fake meth and a Heisenberg hat the video started to form. I wanted to prove that these locations do actually exist and that anyone can just get in their car start a roadtrip and see all of these places!

The equipment used to make this video included:
    Canon 6d,
    Canon 16-35mm f/2.8
    Canon 24-70mm f/2.8
    Dynamic Perception Stage Zero
    Emotimo TB3 Black
    1988 Volkswagen Westfalia
