In 2009, Adventists Community Services (ACS) launched Pay It Forward (PIF) Day in Yuhua Constituency, Singapore. This one-day event has been held annually since then, and now includes other constituencies such as: Moulmein, Geylang Serai, Serangoon, and Sengkang.
Each year on PIF Day, lower income residents and the underprivileged are invited to a meal and a free health screening. In addition, they are also provided shopping vouchers, sponsored shopping trip and/or healthy food hampers.
